1. Board of Directors Charter and Bylaws
The Board of Directors of The Privy shall consist of 5–9 members, including the Founder/Chairperson, Legal Advisor, Community Liaison, Systems Architect, Cultural/Spiritual Advisor, Treasurer, and Communications Lead.
Responsibilities:
- Guide strategic direction and uphold mission
- Approve system constructs for pilot testing
- Ensure ethical and legal compliance
- Facilitate community engagement and feedback
Bylaws:
- Board members serve 2-year renewable terms
- Decisions made by majority vote
- Meetings held quarterly or as needed
- Confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements required
2. Mission Statement
The Privy is a sacred and civic initiative dedicated to co-creating new systems of governance, justice, and human collaboration. Rooted in spiritual unity and social innovation, The Privy empowers communities to design functional constructs that elevate humanity toward its highest potential. Through underground think tanks and public pilot testing, we foster a peaceful transition into a New World System — built by the people, for the people.
3. Security Protocol and Membership Agreement
Security Protocol:
- Privy locations are confidential and strategically placed near ley line intersections.
- Communication is encrypted and invitation-only.
- Entry requires possession of a physical token (Board or Privy).
- All members must sign a non-disclosure agreement.
Membership Agreement:
- I agree to uphold the secrecy and integrity of The Privy.
- I will contribute constructively to system design and community betterment.
- I understand that participation is voluntary and sacred.
- I will not disclose Privy activities or locations without authorization.
4. Timeline Roadmap for Phased Public Reveal
